  On the occasion of World Health Day, a rally was organized on 11th April 2023 at Government Hospital, Namakkal by the department of Community Medicine. The rally was flagged off  by our honourable Dean Mam Dr.K.SANTHA ARULMOZHI ,our respected Medical Superintendent Sir DR. R.GUNASEKRAN, Vice Principal Sir  DR.S.VENKATA SUBRAMANIYAN.All the students of our college participated actively in the rally and coordinated by COMMUNITY MEDICINE DEPARTMENT and NSS Secretaries VERSA and Tungstonnithi.   A skit based on the role of forensic medicine in a Medico-legal case was enacted by the students of 2nd year on March 30,2023 . The skit highlighted the important strategies by which a Medico-legal case is solved.  The skit stole the show as it was held like a real-life court scene . The students who acted in the skit were extremely passionate about performing and bringing in the right emotions especially students Roshini, Sathya Suriyan ,Thahseen,Santhosh. They nailed the skit. The plot was built brilliantly as real life situation and directed by Mohith kumar , our 2nd year student. The enactment was about identifying the accused among two suspects of murder. The wife of the deceased was falsely accused. With the timely use of FORENSIC MEDICINE, the justice was served.
