Blood donation and awareness rally 2025





     On Ocassion of Blood donor's  day  RALLY 
     was flagged off by our honorable Dean.                mam Dr.K Santha Arulmozhi and our 
Respected Medical superintendant 
Dr.R.Gunasekran sir
     
 All students of Namakkal Medical College                   participated actively in the rally and raised public awareness about the constant need of Blood.

     Students showcased their creativity by poster presentation and explaining importance of donating Blood can save someone's life
   
🚩With hand raised and heart united all members took solemn pledge to Donate blood regularly

    Blood donation camp was conducted on July 1
2025 . The event started with lighting off lamp by our Respected Dean mam 
Dr.K .Santha Arulmozhi and our Respected Medical  superintendant  sir
 Dr.R. Gunsekran  sir .
 Students, staff and doctors enthusiastically participated in blood Donation .

What made this event special was not just the number of units collected, but the awareness it generated, the fears it broke, and the community spirit it cultivated. These drops of blood are now rays of hope for someone in an emergency, a child fighting cancer, or a mother in labor.

Her presence and participation deeply inspired students, staff, and attendees alike. It sent out a strong message that true leadership lies in action, not just words.


As the event concluded, what remained were not just the units of blood collected, but the renewed sense of purpose, the broken fears, and the spark of inspiration in every participant’s heart.....

Pongal, a vibrant four-day harvest festival, honors the sun god, Surya, and the bounty of the land. Celebrated predominantly in Tamil Nadu, Pongal marks the beginning of the sun's journey towards the northern hemisphere, ushering in longer days and a new cycle of growth. The occasion of pongal was celebrated in our college on 22nd of January,2024 Esteemed chief Guests are our beloved College Dean Mam, Dr. Santha Arulmozhi, VP mam Dr. Kumudha and various faculties from various departments.                     Awareness rallies As doctors we not only thrive for saving patients but also preventing mishaps in the first place , thus awareness rallies play an important role in that part of our profession.
